Caucus Chairs and Vice Chairs:

Due to the unusual circumstances for this year’s convention, we will be modifying the convention agenda with regard to the lunch
period and will adhere to a strict timeline.  This is necessary as we have folks from East TN that will have the return home travel
exceeding eight hours.

As has been announced previously, the Special Meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the voter sign in period beginning at the
same time.  The Convention itself will convene at 10:00 a.m.  We will allow for a one-half hour break from noon until 12:30 p.m.

Please inform your caucus delegates and visitors to have a good breakfast
Saturday morning and to bring snacks and drinks with them to the convention.  If anyone has special dietary needs, please make
sure to inform people to come prepared with appropriate food/sustenance.   During the half hour break, you will be free to eat
food you bring or get something to eat nearby, but the Convention will reconvene at 12:30 p.m. sharp.

We will be setting up the room at St. Anne Catholic Church Family Life Center – Madonna Hall beginning at 8:30 a.m.  I would
like for the Chairs and Vice-Chairs to assist the staff with setting up the room and preparing for the convention at 8:30 a.m. – we
need your help!  Please join us at this time so we can ensure the convention runs as smoothly as possible.
